All adults over 40 years old are advised to have their blood pressure checked at least every 5 years.
Getting this checked is now easier than ever with the use of our self-service health monitor which can be found in reception at Hawkinge Health Centre. This can be used anytime during our opening hours and any readings will be automatically saved to your medical records.
Alternatively, you can make an appointment to have this checked with one of our health care assistants.
