We have been notified of a major I.T. problem at the William Harvey Hospital Pathology laboratory, where all of our blood samples are sent for testing.
At the moment, the lab has asked us to request blood tests for urgent cases only until further notice.
Because of this, we will need to cancel blood test appointments for the rest of this week. We will contact any patients affected to arrange a new appointment.
If the issue continues into next week, we may also need to rearrange some clinics.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. We will update our website as soon as we receive further information from the laboratory.
