Lesley can assess and treat minor illnesses such as colds & flu, sore throats, earache, rashes & bites etc.

Lesley also plans, coordinates and prescribes in the management of people with diabetes. This includes initiating diabetes medications and injectable therapies and monitoring patients’ ongoing blood sugars in order to gain better control of the condition.

Lesley also carries out some general practice nurse duties such as wound care, child immunisations & cervical smears
